After my year's contracted work at Weymouth College, I was approached to complete a project for them to implement a new design into a theme for their new Moodle setup, a free open source e-learning software platform.
The work conducted involved developing the HTML and CSS of the initial design and then developing that into a functional Moodle v2.3 theme by altering a pre-existing theme.
During the project I had to explore the Moodle framework and add in custom PHP code which overrode pre-existing functions, to allow for custom features such as a login button and login details displayed in the top bar navigation.
